Unfortunately, the management ruined the experience. All they do is lie and gaslight people. They tried to tell me they’ve “never had anyone complain” in an attempt to make me feel stupid, even though the majority of our group was openly unhappy with the situation. Couples were given private rooms, but everyone else was forced into unacceptable conditions. The room I was placed in wasn’t even a dorm — it was a small, windowless bedroom with four single…”
